OK, here is the step-by-step guide to installing Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer 2007:

1. Inserting the CD should automatically launch Setup.
2. On the Product Key screen, enter your 25 character product key.
3. With the correct key, a green check mark will appear behind the key and the Continue button will become enabled.
4. Click the "Continue" button.
   
5. On the EULA screen, ensure you agree with the content of the End User License Agreement.
6. Check the "I accept the terms of this agreement" check box. Checking the box will enable the Continue button.
7. Click the "Continue" button.
   
8. Now choose the type of installation you wish to have. In most cases, you can simply click the "Install Now" button.
9. If you wish to exercise more control over the installation, click the "Customize" button. I recommend this option because not all options are installed by default with the Install Now option.
