Extensions enhancement - HasLower() method added

The .HasLower() method was added to both the System.String and System.Text.StringBuilder objects.  It allows the developer the ability to quickly check if a string contains numeric values e.g.

"blog.cjvandyk.com Rocks!".HasLower()

will return True whereas:

"BLOG.CJVANDYK.COM ROCKS!".HasLower()

will return False.
